These terms of service apply to our website and to requests for our services. GT Fence & Deck builds, repairs and designs fences and decks in Brampton and nearby areas. However, the information on this website is general. It does not form a contract. Instead, the written quote or agreement we give you before work begins sets out the details of your project.
2. Quotes and estimates
We base free estimates on what we see during the site visit. If the project scope, materials or site conditions change, the final price may also change. Each quote shows how long it stays valid.
3. Appointments and booking requests
When you send a booking or contact form, you are making a request. We confirm your appointment when we contact you. For that reason, please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you.
4. Property lines, permits and utilities
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for confirming your property lines and getting any approvals your municipality or homeowners association needs. In addition, someone must request utility locates through Ontario One Call before any digging starts.
5. Warranty
Your written quote or agreement sets out our workmanship warranty. Meanwhile, material warranties come directly from each manufacturer.
6. Website content
We own the text, photos, logos and designs on this website, or we use them with permission. Therefore, you may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. We share project photos and blog articles for inspiration and general information only.
7. Third-party links
Our website links to other sites, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. We do not control those sites, so we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability under these terms of service
